Shipped with USPS Ground...Needs work as you can see repaired once .I used it as is to paint living room a few spot welds will straigten it out or leave as is . Guaranteed totally original!!!! ORIGNAL MORTON TAG.... Needs 2 screws to reattach one foot pad..i will fix that before shipping .I did not attempt to clean up like the orignal look..Im too old to spot weld any more about 20.00 job
