His name is Lil Slugger and he is about 20”. Lil Slugger is a part of Babies a Bloom series by Marie Osmond. He has vinyl head; partial arms and legs. The rest of his body is stuffed cloth. Comes with his original box; no COA, tag or instructions on how to activate a Giggle mechanism. Mechanism is included (see photo) and hasn’t been opened or activated.
