    Big Four Railway Cast Brass Hardware
    Offering today this Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis hardware, boldly cast C.C.C&StLRy on the back, made by Adams and Westlake. The hexagon hallmark suggests it was made in the early 1890s-1900s. It has a strong dustcover spring and good, functioning shackle, but somebody appears to long ago have replaced the rivets with screw, and the hinge pin is missing. These don't detract when the cast railroad name is displayed, but its priced accordingly.
